Changes to NoR and Sailing Instructions

No. 1: NoR 5.2

The final paragraph of NOR 5.2 is amended as follows.

IRC Short-Handed TCCs will not be used but in Wednesday evening races a short-handed time allowance of 30 sec will be applied to Class 1 yachts that declare themselves ‘Short-handed’ on the RDYC Racing WhatsApp group before the warning signal. To qualify for the short-handed allowance, yachts over 30 feet shall have a maximum crew of 3, those under 30 feet shall have a maximum crew of 2. The ‘Non-Spinnaker’ allowance can also be claimed, but must be declared at the same time.
