RDYC Rules and Regulations
From time to time the General Committee may alter the Regulations of the Club providing they neither impede or impact the effect of the Club Rules. Any changes to the Regulations have to be published at least 14 days prior to the their implementation and proposed for approval by Members at the next General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting of the Club is normally held in March or April.
The General Committee may summon an Extraordinary General Meeting of Members at any time to deal with special business. At least 21 days notice will be provided to members of all General Meetings.

Flag Etiquette
Members are entitled to fly the Royal Dart Yacht Club defaced ensign, provided they also fly the club burgee – please see our Club History page to read about the granting of the Royal charter. Ensigns and burgees can be ordered from the club office.
